FDS House provides you and your clients with the perfect business environment, with friendly staff, supportive managers and a wide variety of additional services that could further support your business needs.
We offer a range of serviced office suites ranging from single person occupancy to suites of 70+ staff (98 sq ft - 4500 sq ft). All offices are available on a short term agreement of 3 months and longer lets can be negotiated. Our easy sign up process means that most suites can be ready for occupancy within 48 hrs of deposits being received.
The range of services we offer, from flexible serviced offices to virtual offices, suits a wide variety of client types from individuals and SME's, to the complete servicing of large companies and Government Departments.

Our value-for-money pricing is transparent with nothing hidden, no surprises
£3 per hour / £15 per day / £50 per week
We have a variety of meeting rooms available for hire, with capacities ranging from 6 to 100 people. Our meeting rooms can be hired for as little as one hour with easy rates to suit your budget.
The meeting room is well equipped and has the necessary telecommunications and internet facilities enabling you to come in with your laptops and get to work in minutes. Our friendly staff will provide refreshments and greet and guide your visitors to the rooms. Flipcharts and digital projectors are available for presentation. We can also arrange for catering for working breakfasts and lunches. These rooms are available outside core hours at negotiated rates - please ask for details.

Situated in Chestfield, Whitstable, FDS house is just a stones throw away from the A2990 Thanet way which links directly to the M2. With Canterbury just nine miles away and the nearby towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay just a short drive, you'll never be far away from everything you need for your business. Chestfield and Swalecliffe railway station is also within walking distance, allowing direct access into London or to the Eurostar terminal for international travel.

The warehousing services that are provided by our experienced staff are specifically catered to our customer's needs; we are dedicated to providing cost effective solutions for our customer's material handling and storage requirements. We deliver a fast, flexible and efficient service ranging from short term storage to daily manual handling, pick and packing and stock management, distribution and collection.
Our warehouses are fully secure with 24 hour CCTV coverage, ensuring that all your commercial storage is in safe hands; furthermore, our professional services guarantee high health and safety regulations with our staff carrying out full checks on a regular basis.
